Q: Can I use the Free Kontakt Player?

No. To use our libraries you’ll need the Native Instruments Full Kontakt 4.2.3 or above.

Q: My download has a ZIP extension. What do I do with it?

A ZIP file is created with a free software called WinZip. It allows to to reduce files’ sizes by compressing them into a new file with an extension .zip. The result is a file which is faster to download. To decompress the file and access it again, you need to install WinZip (it’s free) and use the extract option.

I bought a product but I no longer have it, and the download link is not longer available. What should I do?

We’ll send you the product again. All you need to do is to contact us with the email you used and with the information about the order.
